In the summer of 2007, the year my sister turned fifteen, she went crazy and played this song over and over (turning from ok to annoying) called "Sognare". The chorus goes something like soñare contigo (I will dream with you) and then we left the CD in Mexico meaning I never got to check out División Minúscula.
En el verano del 2007, el mismo añ o que mi hermana cumplió sus quince, se volvió loca con una canción tocándola una y otra vez. La canción era “Sognare” de División Minúscula y el coro va mas o menos así: Soñ are contigo… Luego se nos olvido el disco en México así es que nunca pude escuchar su álbum completo
They are a punk rock/alternative band from Matamoros, Tamaulipas and they are currently promoting their third album, "Sirenas". On Sunday I was watching Telehit (Mexico's music video channel) and the video to their second single, "Luces de esta ciudad" (Lights of This City), popped up and now I LOVE THE SONG!
Esta banda de punk rock/ alternativo es originaria de Matamoros, Tamaulipas y siguen con la promoción de su tercer disco, “Sirenas”. El domingo pasado estaba viendo Telehit Radio y pasaron el video de su segundo sencillo, “Las luces de esta ciudad” y ME ENCANTA!
It's one of those songs where everything is placed perfectly, the verses, the chorus, the guitar solos, the opening, making the whole four minutes of the song worthwhile! I have to wait for my Mexico trip in June to buy the CD, but in the meantime I can enjoy their video on youtube and so can you! They're worth checking out...
Desgraciadamente hasta que vaya a México en junio podré comprar el disco pero por mientras puedo disfrutar de su video por youtube al igual que ustedes! Vale la pena chequearlos es una de esas canciones que todo esta en su lugar, el comienzo, el estribillo, el coro, y la música súper pegajosa y muy bien hecha.
